Baby Food?

Anyone use baby food for either the strained or soft phases? I remember many of them were quite good. Easy to take to work as well. Anyone?

i have had baby food for my soft diet before since it is really packed with the nutrients but then it might not have the porper amount suited for an adult o it is best that you consult your doctor about this as he may have certain diet requirements for you especially after surgery to be able to aid in faster healing usually a lot of protein i needed so he might have recommendations for this.

Baby food is on my list of allowed foods...have not tried

My doctor does NOT recommend baby food due to the high sugar content, i believe is what they said.
