Is there a pill with protien?

I don't like taking meds, but I can't drink the shakes anymore!

So is there a vitamin or something that has protien????

wouldn't that be nice! Today I bought a bottle of Muscle Milk Lite. It wasn't too bad. Think I may get some more for when I go back to work next week.

I inquired at GNC about this and the guy told me that we would have to take so many of them it wouldn't be worth it. Little does he know, I would take one with every sip of water. But instead, back to the shakes when I am struggling to get all the protein in.

I did notice yesterday that my fruit protein packages that I add to my water have 15 gms of protein. All along I was adding 10gms, score for me!!

I try to eat an egg(beater) w/ 1 oz of ham and one slice of cheese for breakfast every morning. Its very filling and and like 17g of protien. Then if I get 1shake in, thats 28 (including the milk). Thats 45 of my 60-70 for the day. A yogurt (Greek is better, but I dont like it), a string cheese stick, or a slice of whatever meat for supper gets it in for me. Also, if I make tuna, I add a boiled egg to boost the protien.

I am using the carnation instant breakfast with out sugar. It tastes great not like a protein drink. I know that I will not be able to keep using them as they are 150 calories and I forget howmany carbs, but I figure til my sleeve heals it works for me.

BTW I only drink one of them per day and try to get in additional proteins from foods.
