Protein: 102g (37.5%)

    I had found an Salted Caramel nonfat Oikos and now I cannot find anywhere, I found a similar taste with Brown Cow but even that had disappeared from my grocer.

    Oh I want add Dim Sum so badly! but first I have to figure out this carb/protein/fat balance that is going to keep me on track for losing. Then I have to find out (true to life) nutritional values to add to my calorie budget.

    Dim Sum sounds amazing!! I'd like to have sum steamed dumplings !!

    but today was B: steel cut oatmeal with chia, flax and hemp seeds and lactaid milk
    S: half babybell cheese, 2 small grahm crackers w/ coffee
    L: couple bites shredded chicken and pasta with noodles w/ veggie
    D: water, more shredded chicken
