Oh my gosh my hands are so dry they crack and bleed, any one else having this problem? I have lived in the north almost all my life and this is the first time.
Oh a positive note weight loss is going great.

    You could be dehydrated. That will make it worse and the weather together could be causing the issue.

    Mine get like that in winter. Get a cheap pair of knit/wool/cotton gloves - the stretchy kind they sell for $2 at Walmart or the dollar store. Slather your hands with coconut oil and/or vitamin E and/or vasilin, put on the gloves and sleep that way. It does wonders. I do the same for my feet.
