Thank you! I walk just about everywhere, and I also am a big fan of weight training, but I also take swim strength training classes three times a week as well. I highly recommend swimming of any kind if you can get to a pool/lake/whathaveyou, especially for people recovering from injury; it's so low impact on joints and burns sooooo many calories. Plus it's swimming so it doesn't feel like exercise. It just feels like fun!

what kind of exercise do you do and how often? I'm finally completely out of the wood with my multiple injuries and trying to figure out what to do besides walking and weight training...
