Ideas to lose fat lower stomach??

I work out a few days a week, and have been successful losing a lot of weight. Biggest issue I need to fix is lower belly fat and love handles towards my back. I have always had this. Seems its the 1st place fat goes to. Any ideas, exercise on how to reduce it?

Wear something that compresses it i think underarmor has a mens line it will work like a corset to help train the fat and skin there they can really help a lot with excess skin and fat in that skin area

Its not bad. I would just like to tighten with exercise. I just don't know what exercise.

I honestly don't know if "spot reduction" is even possible. Why don't you reach out to trexlee001 here -- he seems to be an exercise expert and gym enthusiast.

I've got only 10 pounds to go and it seems that where I'm now losing is from around my waist, just below the waist and in my upper arms. Not sure why those are the last places to go.

BTW, you look great, man. In your photograph, I sure cannot tell that you have any extra weight around your midsection. Good luck to you (and to us all).
