Anyone have a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty (TT) (aka T-incision tummy tuck)?

Has anyone had a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty? The local surgeon recommended it today. I am curious about the vertical scar and how well it heals.

Yes I had one a year ago. I had this kind as I had my stomach stapled 20 years ago and my surgeon was able to get rid of the old scar and make it much smaller. It healed beautifully and I have a nice flat tummy.

Mine is scheduled for 12/12! I cannot wait. I am not sure which will be a longer wait, the wait for my VSG or this wait! At least this time, I will get paid time off and won't have to use vacation time!
