Surg around the corner!

I can't believe the time has come. The months of sleep studies, doctor's appts, being poked and pushed- ITS FINALLY HERE. I have my surg thursday morning. Any advice from anyone? I bought protein shots online, shakes, vitamins, going to the foodstore for my one week post-op needs. Any words of wisdom for me?

Lots of sugar free jello, chicken broth, water and ice pops. Good luck!

blah hate jello! Very nervous that I am not making the right choice

Chocolate pudding jello is delicious. There are so many different flavors that are sugar free. You will be fine and in a year from now you will feel differently. Think of all the years you wasted being over weight, unhappy and struggling with diets. All that will be over. Good luck!
