Thats the problem with us, we all say, still fat, your not. I think mentally we have to work on that, being proud, and standing tall on how far we have come. I am not sleeved yet, will be in the spring, but every diet I have ever gone on I have said, oh I've loss 50lbs, still fat, I am determined this time not to do that, we have done our best, this is not an easy journey, it doesn;t look easy to me, so take pride and stand tall, you have done it and you are not fat.Merry Christmas

merry x-mas to you to,I am still fat just not as fat,if I didnt lose another pound Id be happy,I feel normal again ,no more diabetes I can shop for clothes in normal stores Im ok
