Well since my sleeve 9 days ago i was stuck at -12 lbs, today i weigh and am +2 lbs.. what am i doing wrong? I have been drinking lots of fluids.. chick broth, cinnamon tea, jello and some sf popscicles.... I have also walked alittle, today i will increase my walking from 40 mins to 1 hour, hopefully this will move the scale i am also going to start the protein shakes maybe my body is lacking protein. someone please HELPPPPP!!!!!!
