I turned 30 today an not at all sad to leave behind my 20's. why? Because I feel freaking fantastic! Lol, I will be healthier in my 30's than I ever was in my teens and 20's. woohoo! So yes the scale hasn't moved again in a week but my pants are getting loser by the day. I am moving faster and don't lose my breath as much. My sleep apnea is gone and I can't stop smiling.
