Default Ice cold vs room temp. vs hot liquids

I seem to want everything ICE cold all day long like my tea or water or protein drink.. Is there anything wrong with having it so cold.. Does it do anything to my stomach or is it okay..It just seems to all go down better, but i don't want to freeze my insides out lol..

Cold is fine take things slow when it comes to eating and if cold stuff works then it works for you. I have read that drinking cold drinks after meals solidify's the oils and fats and that is not that great for you, Not sure how true that is but until you get back to normal foods do what ever your new stomach wants. Congrats and Best wishes for a quick recovery!

Do whatever works for you, whatever temps. As long as it doesn't irritate your stomach, it's fine. In the beginning, sometimes I had to switch right in the middle, all of a sudden it wouldn't go down good, so I'd switch to something that would.

Cold is good! It help reduce the swelling in the stomach so it feels better and easier to get stuff down. Like when you have a sprain you put ice on it, keeps the swelling down. Hope you are feeling fine. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
