Default Non Scale Victories - Share Em!

I was thinking its great to hear everyone's NSV. So I thought a new thread to share em round.

    Here's a couple to start with -

    Able to cut my toenails.
    Finding hips and ribs.
Jeans falling off - woo hooo!

So add your NSV and rejoice!

Having the energy and strength I need to not only get through the day but in doing the physical things I have to at work. I'm also able to cope emotionally all the way around because I'm HAPPY with myself and the weight loss.

I can cross my legs too!!! and the pain and pressure I have been having in the backs of my thighs for years is not there at all at this point! I can feel my ribs on one side, and when I sleep my belly is not in the way of the body pillow or the cat trying to snuggle up to me! Im 8 days out, and I feel like a billion bucks. Cant wait to get it all gone and look in the mirror and see the buried treasure for the first time!

crossing my legs has got to be one of my favorites too...
and being absolutely HAPPY with being me
and wearing spaghetti straps, IN PUBLIC
and buying clothes in a "normal" store
and the boyfriend being a little bit jealous now after 4 years...just a little bit is ok, makes a girl know she is something he will miss if he lost her
and buying my first pair of size 10 since high school, I am now a 6, but size 10 was such a huge thing for me
and being able to eat like a normal person and not being hungry ALL the freaking time (eating 1 cookie if the mood hits...instead of eating the whole fucking package!!)
So many more, but it is 5:30 AM and I am not fully awake yet

    1. Having my children notice! My 20 year old son, really noticed that my butt and legs were smaller this past weekend.
    2. Last night at a meeting, another person that I've known since our kids were in the same second grade class -- noticed that I was thinner! He didn't know about the WLS.
    3. Eating like my mother -- she is little and has always known when she was full. Now, I know what that feels like too!
4, Feeling more comfortable in my body!
    5. Being able to keep up with my son and daughter, the yard work, plus the two dogs!
    6. Having clothes that are losoe, with clothes that fit (they were in my closet).
    7. Being able to eat one cookie, then walking away!
