  1. 3 months since surgery

    Well it has been 3 months, it has been a bit of a roller coaster, but it is going much better, I am feeling myself again, and i have lost 20kgs,never been happier!

    I can eat almost anything now, just small amounts, I can drink a cup of tea already, and I can now drink coffee.

    I still cannot stomach tablets, so I drink liquid vitamins in the morning.

    The first 8 weeks I was exhausted all the time, I did not know what to do with myself, but that has passed ...
  2. First Few Days

    I got sleeved on the 4 October, spent 3 days in hospital, came out this morning.

    The day of surgery, when I came around, I was so exhausted and just slept for most of part of day 1.

    Day 2, I started having nourishing fluids, of soup, protein shake, and jello. So far so good. I am just not sure how much to drink per meal yet, so just sipping very slowing and waiting a while then sipping again.

  3. Today is D day, my surgery is at 3pm

    I am very nervous but I know this is the best decision I have ever made, and I look forward to my new life.
