    1 month Post Op Appt Today - (actually a month and 5 days)

    Well exciting news I have lost 31 pounds since surgery and 43 total.


    I have been walking more and I setup my work desk for half day sitting and half day standing.

    I couldn't afford the adjustable desk so I made my own.

    I still have to break some of my medicines for 4 more weeks (sad news so sick of med issue)

    I'm 2 pounds from my wedding weight which was my 1st goal. I was married 5 years ago.

    So many more pounds ...
