I've been back from my long trip (+13h flight with one stop over) 9 days ago and I can see that finally my legs are getting better, the swelling is going down.
But my fingers are still puffy for some reason.
I've been drinking a lot to help with the water retention but it's the first time it takes so long to go away. And I did take my usual supplements so I'm not sure why this time is different. Probably just getting older..
My scale is also smiling. One month
We came back from Australia yesterday at 5 AM, so we are all pretty jet lagged and tired, and I'm very puffy after the long flights.

The majority of sleevers will get a prescription for a PPI after surgery. I started mine the day after surgery (lanzoprazole 30 mg). While it was a huge help because post-op I had some serious reflux almost immediatly, I tried to stop it several times. One month out was really too early for me.
At about six months out I tried again, it felt better but then I had a treatment for a virus
