  1. My Journey Began 4 Years Ago!

It's hard to believe, but my gastric sleeve journey started four years ago with me sharing the news on my blog, Down the Scale. Here's how it all began...

It's still the best decision I made!
  2. Face to Face Friday

Is anyone on Instagram? I started an account for my blog Down the Scale and I'm enjoying seeing other people who have had gastric sleeve surgery. Here's the link to my account: https://www.instagram.com/down_the_scale/

    And here's my latest post:

I love comparing before and after photos. It keeps me inspired!

    Happy Friday!

  3. #TBT 18 to 48

Now that I've lost weight, I love #tbt. A good reminder of where I've been and where I'm going..

  4. Things You Do Now that You've Lost Weight

One of the things I wanted to do when I lost weight was go ice skating. I finally did it last year and wrote about it on my blog:

What is on your list to do when you lose weight? What have you done? I'd love to hear about it!

  5. Five Years Running.. Literally

The Thanksgiving before I had gastric sleeve surgery, I ran m first 5K. It wasn't pretty, but I did it! Every year I run one and while they aren't as physically as hard, they can be mentally hard. Here's my latest story about this year's Turkey Trot

Anyone else start running after surgery? I'd love to hear your stories!

    Take care,
    Jen
