    ONEderland this morning!

    I'm over the moon this morning. I finally got to ONEderland!!! I've been on the verge for a week now. I think my body didn't like leaving the 200's and was hanging on till the end.

    I just purchased a package of Bob's Red Mill High Protein TVP (textured vegetable protein). 12g protein, 7g carbs, 80 cal in 1/4 cup. Has anyone tried this and how did you use it?

    Dizziness?

    Tomorrow I will be 3 weeks out from surgery. Every since the scopolamine patch came off about 4 days after surgery, I get very dizzy when rolling over at night and sitting up in bed. I don't have the symptoms during the day. Dr. said it is common and will go away. Nurse said to make sure I drink all my water, which I am really trying to do.
    Has anyone else experienced this?
