  1. People are noticing

    I get tickled when people tell me how thin I look.
    I want to laugh! 250 pounds is not thin. What are they going to say when I am down to my goal. A few have been worried I might be sick, but mostly nice comments at this time.
    I have not shared I had surgery with everyone. I don't feel the need to share thst. I almost wish I hadn't told anyone. I am losing weight because I am eating very little and exercising. It's true. Surgery does not change that.
  2. Instructions from my surgeon

    So I have posted some pictures of stuff that was given to me from my surgeon. I have had 2 people request I email them a copy of it. So tonight I scanned them into the computer (with the exception of the pre op diet). Anyone who would like a copy, just PM me your email and I would be more than happy to share.
  3. Long time scene i posted.

    I am doing OK learning to eat is no easy task. I am almost 8 months out and final better. I not eating enough but doing better I eat three times a day now but only 2oz of food at a meal. I get 300- 500 calories a day. I started going to my primary care doctor for help my surgeon gave up. My primary care doctor but me on two medicine to see if it would help it did a week after starting it I ate my first bite of food with no pain and no getting sick. I was so happy but scared it would be short lived ...
  4. Sunday sweet Sunday!!

    Today I woke up to a light rain but it is also my running day. It wasn't cold. So I threw my running clothes on and got ready for my run. Didn't even need my running jacket. A little rain during a run has never bothered me. I actually kind of like it because it keeps you cool. The only thing that bugs me is water getting kicked up on my calves so I wore long running pants versus the capri length that I prefer.
