Weight loss progress

Lost 1 kilogram = 2.204 lbs in 2 months. What a relief. LOL ! In total I have managed to loose 70 kilogram = 154.323 lbs since surgery date (12/02/2013). It's getting pretty slow now. No idea if it's a good thing or not.

    Congratulations! And yes the weight loss does slow down after several months. Good luck on the rest of your journey.

    I had my surgery the same day. Have been holding steady for about the last month and a half. I'm down 100 lbs.
