  1. 5 months out , down almost 90 lbs

    Boy this is moving so slow now, been stuck for a month now at this weight , started the personal trainer, try to work out 5 times a week 3 x with a personal trainer and the rest of the days i walk or do some aerobics.
    I know I have slipped up here and there so I am going to start taking this more seriously like I did at the beginning , I have so much more weight to loose and I dont want to sabitage myself by snacking .... snack snack snack... I can feel the 100 lb loss mark around ...
  2. 3 Months Out down 73 lbs, 100 more to go !!!

    So I am 3 months out and down 73 lbs... very proud of myself for doing this good so far. 100 more lbs to go to be a goal.... hooo.....hooo for the first time I really think I can do this....

  3. One month out !!

    so I am one month post op and things are going good. I am hoping that now the scale will start moving agian, had a stall then lost 4 lbs then gained back two and now on my cycle.... grrrrr the scale has to moove since i dont eat but around 700 calories a day.... next week i go to solids, kinda concerned but the surgeons said that to go slow and add one thng at a time and see what happens... I can defiantly feel a restriction more now... I can eat only like 1/4 cup most of the time and I ...

    This is amazing, I got sleeved on the 6 sept, and lost 9 lbs right after surgery then was in a stall for two weeks. and just started loosing again. I have allot of clothes in my closet , my fat clothes which I wear now and what I considered my skinny clothes skinny ( size 18 ) .... well I went through my clothes about two weeks ago and separated them in groups by size ect.... Last night I went through them again and most of my size 18 shirts I can now wear they have now been officially ...
  5. Made it through my first mini stall

    So I made it through my first mini stall ..... I lost 9 lbs within the first week of being sleeved then nothing till today . I am very happy the scale is again moving !!! I know through this time I did however loose inches and I can tell in my clothes now and others can also tell depending on what I wear, I have some work clothes that are way too baggy but the next size I have is still a little too tight ... grrrr not gonna wear tight clothes to go see clients so the baggy ones will have ...
