Hi everyone, I am 5 weeks plus 2 days post op Sleeve, and I have been on my solid diet since last Friday, so I have introduced chicken into my diet, and my question is about eating the skin on baked or grilled chicken, I haven't been eating, I consider it fat! now when I review my nutritional guide it seems when you eat the skin on chicken its higher protein along with carbs, now my surgeon says dont count carbs are calories I only count the sugar and no more than 5 grams, also I can eat fruit except ...
