  1. Feedback please.....

I am nearing 6 months post op.
I find I can eat nearly anything now. However, I am seeking feedback from people 6 months or more out on how much they are able to eat.
I find I am eating a cup and a half quite easily at a sitting.
  2. Christmas.....No problem!

Just bragging that for the first time ever, I got through Christmas and actually lost weight
Had a tiny Christmas dinner and a small glass of wine and it felt great!
4 months post op and 14 lbs away from losing 100 lbs.
Goal for month of January is to be 240 lbs.

    Good luck to fellow sleevers.
  3. 3 Months Post Op - best Thing ever!

    Hey All

Just wanted to update and say that this surgery was the best decision I have ever made.

To date I am down 75 lbs, about 60 inches total...was in 4 xl shirts now a 2 xl is loose fitting...46 inch jeans now in a 40 inch. Getting compliments every way I turn.

  4. Veteran Sleevers

    Hi All
I am seeking advice from you veteran sleevers.
I am 3 weeks out and have not dropped any weight.

Do I wait patiently or is there somethin I can do to kick start it?
    FYI ... I am getting 60 g protein in a day, maybe 10-20g carbs and under 10 g fat.
The only thing I can figure is I am not getting enough water, which happens to be only about 48 oz/day.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
  5. Should I be concerned?

    I realized something today.
My wife has not asked how I am feeling since surgery or made any enquiry as to what I am consuming on a daily basis.
I guess you could say she has offered NO support whatsoever.
Anyone else experience this from their spouse???
