Yea baby, At 1 month checkup , weight 195.9. First time less than 200 # in 8 years. Getting into clothes that I have not worn in 9-12 months. Joined the Y, starting to workout.
Off diabetic med, BP pill 1/2 dose 3 x week. Feeling really good. Sticking closely to Phase 4 diet. No sweets, alcohol or empty carbs,
So thankful for this chance to live healthy, I'm not about to blow it !
