Default I could use help with a schedule

Hi everyone my name is becca and I had the gastric sleeve done on 11/24 I am three weeks post op and I'm having a lot of problems.

I can't seem to get all my protein and fluids and food down. I'm always hungry and feel everything I drink and eat. It's very annoying lol. But I was wondering if anyone had any set schedule and times they drink their shakes and fluid and eat their foods

I got a fit bit tonight so I would like to set an alarms hourly if needed to eat and drink in a healthy way

Thank you for your time and help!

Becca, I'm four months out, and here's my eating schedule:

    Coffee / milk - 5:00 am
Breakfast (usually a protein shake) - 7:00 am (I nurse it for at least an hour)
    Lunch - noon
    Dinner - 5:00 pm
    Snack (yogurt) - 6:00 pm

That's it. Just 3 meals and a snack. I was following this schedule very early on. I have no temptation to snack or graze between meals.

I do a shake in the morning, eat lunch about noon and dinner at 6. I have found that if I eat past 10 pm I will be miserable all night. I may have a protein bar during the day but I keep water with me at all times and drink all day. My schedule is hectic but I try to stick with it as much as possible.

Thank you for your input you start very early! I have trouble sleeping so I usually wake up about eleven. But I thought you shouldn't go five hours without eating.

Yeah the drinking is a problem for me. It's so hard not to drink before, during, and after meals

This sounds like a good program for success...now AND when we reach goal! Because we hear of too many that, down the road, fall off the wagon. We have to be vigilant for the rest of our lives!

I am also 3 weeks out too our surgeries were on the same day...when ever I get up I have my water 24/7 and the first thing is protein shake...40 g out of the way right away in 12 oz. of almond milk add some cinnamon to enhance the chocolate flavor...keep on with the water use those liquid mix ins their sugar free and have energy boost...vitamins throughout the day so I don't get sick and lunch I try for an actual puréed meal( that I'm struggling with cause puréed food just looks nasty) water all the time and supper usually the same as lunch...deviled eggs too I eat 1/2 of one and I'm full. Then water water water.
    Good luck
