    Default Dog food

Yesterday I carried a 50 pound bag of dog food into the house. I've lost more than that, but that was a really heavy bag and I was struck by the amount of weight that has come off of me! We should all be so happy by this wonderful thing we've had done. Also, my thighs don't touch when I walk. And I have narrow hips. It makes me look great in pants. I love it so much!

It's definitely eye opening when we realize what the excess body weight we are carrying is.

I had to move a piece of equipment that weighed ~75 pounds and it had a caution sticker warning that it is a two-person lift.
I lost more than that and still have even more excess body weight to lose.

Inside some of us is a thin person struggling to get out, but they can usually be sedated with a few pieces of chocolate cake.

And we wonder why our joints feel better as the weight drops off!!! Congratulations to you both!

Awesome revaluation. I just keep thinking how I am 18 pounds away from losing the equivalent of my Rotti (includes weight lost through lap band) and she's a solid, muscular little girl!

its amazing how all the sudden you just get slapped with the reality sometimes. it has been a year for me now, and someone called me little, a word that I have lost in my vocabulary a long time ago, good job, keep it up.
