Hey Guys! Just bought Emergen-C Packets because I'm trying to get more active. Noticed it is fizzy. Anyone else have opinions? I hear were not supposed to have it because it will expand and I'm not trying to do that. Please Help!

My Dr. said I could. And then I didn't ask him the question about carbonation. I have not had it though, because I found something at my yoga studio that is less carbonated.
