1 Year down with Sleevie!

Oh my Gosh I can't believe I have already hit the 1 year mark!!!
The time has flown by...

I will keep it short and sweet

I have learned alot this last year, mostly about nutrition! I knew when I had the surgery I would lose weight but the number was questionable about how many pounds I could actually lose. I have a fire in my belly that wont seem to go away! I love to exercise and well to be honest my favorite activity is riding my bike! I love eating veggies now which is weird because I wouldn't touch them before surgery! I would say my diet is high plant based and as organic and non-processed as possible. I love fruit and veggies! I get in my 65+ grams of protein a day and 80+ ounces of water.

I allow myself to have something really junkie here and there....just not on the daily!

I am HAPPY!!!!! For the first time in my life I feel content with myself....that in itself is life changing!

Even though today is day 365...I won't stop trying to be the best me I can be! I love the gym, I love being outside, I love visiting with people now, I am in LOVE with life again.

I could never imagine being fat again! I know I have all the tools to be successful...

If you are on the fence about having the surgery! Do it! Just be prepared to change your life for the better!
