Hi,

What week can we start eating regular meals? I had the sleeve 3 weeks ago and lost 20 pounds now I am in a stand still with weight loss. Is this normal?

most ppl experience a stall , every surgeon is different i was aloud purée at 3 weeks , soft food at week 7 x

Is purée basically mashed?

puree's are in a blender hun so they are runnier than if it were being mashed :-)

3wk stall happens to almost everyone...concentrate on protein and water and stay off the scale for a few weeks and it will move. Puree is a tough stage but you can get thru it!

Your clinic should have given you the info for what you can have, when you may have it. I was on soft foods and protein shakes for a month. Then soft meats like stewed chicken, shrimp, fish, etc. 2 months out I was able to eat steak, raw veggies, etc. Pretty much turned loose after 2 months.
