I am allowed to eat those. I don't really like Popsicles.
I don't like jello. I have had fat free pudding but I mix it with fat free whipped cream. Next time I'm going to mix in some vanilla protein powder.
Otherwise it's not worth it. I found yogurt to be tastier. And yogurt has a little protein, calcium, etc.

Yes you can. Go enjoy them. The frozen stuff makes your tummy feel better.

I added unflavored protein to my Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding even... Couldnt tell a difference in taste, just made it a little thicker.

Try Greek yogurt (can't remember if it LF or NF) read the labels. It has LOTS of protein. I add Syntrax Fuzzy Navel protein powder to it. 1/2 cup = over 20g protein. AND it tastes like a dessert. I also use Syntrax Lemonade and Strawberry Mousse flavors.

Greek yogurt is great for protien. But, caution - it is notorious for causing constipation. I had horrible constipation. Did some googling, read it's notorious for that, stopped eating it, and I was much better.

Enjoy...My surgeon has me on full liquids for 3 weeks. Then 3 weeks of soft foods...I am feeling so much better and I know everyone should follow their surgeon's instructions, but this is VERY frustrating. I envy you right now....sorry to insert this in your thread. Shutting up now

I take Benefiber daily so I don't have a problem with Greek yogurt. I've even mixed it into my yogurt. No taste and is clear.
