    Default Gym time

My job has a gym on site, normally it's 20.00 per pay period, however if you go 6 times per pay period it is free..so guess who signed up...I was up at 4am and could not sleep..so I headed to work and started at 530 am until 630, and showered and got dressed for my desk at 7am...after work at 4:30pm..I went back until 530 pm...I am trying to go six times this week so i wont be charged..what a way to stay motivated....

Dont overdo it to the point that you burn out though. If you arent used to it, you have to build up to it or you could injure yourself or wear down.

So true!! I started working out at the gym at work during lunch every day. Then I would do it first thing in the morning. I told myself I'd start slow but it felt so good! Well, not for long. After working out 14 days straight, I had to stop for a week. I worked out twice in one day and pulled something the second time. So I pushed through two more days. By the weekend, I was having muscle spasms in my back so bad I could hardly move AND I was getting vertigo and super dizzy. After my week off, I learned my lesson and am taking it much easier. Gotta work up to what I was trying to start at.
Great job setting a fitness goal. You will feel so good when you make it through that first week.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just need to be better.
