I am 20 months out and feeling great. I have been holding steady at 138-142 and feel I will be maintaining there now. I started swimming last summer and tightening up when I had my mommy makeover. Just got released to exercise when I hurt my knee at work. That was in October. So no exercise. Just had surgery yesterday will be down 4 weeks. I feel so flabby and loose. Still same weight though. Any ideas??

You look so good. Can you do some mild strtches, like yoga? And then begin to do more? I hurt my knee several years ago, and had surgery, and I started by quad sets, any time I could do them, and then moved on to walking in water, then as much walking as I could tolerate, as I am a nurse, so any hope of inactivity was off.
